Is there a way to connect a Blues Jr. to a Hot Rod Deville 410, using the HR Deville as the main amplifier?

Why not?

I have one of each. I thought it might be kind of cool to add the 12" speaker to the 4-10"s of the Deville. I think I can do that if I get the right patch cable.

O.K... that is just the speaker portion. I also thought it might be cool to discover what kind of sound texture the amps would give if run in tandem, using the effects loop of the Deville. I don't know if that is possible though, as the Blues Jr. doesn't have an effects loop.
