I have been looking at getting a Pro Tube Super-Sonic 112 Combo. But in reading some reviews, some say there is an issue with the "Reverb" not working very well and also it is noisy. Any comments or owners out there that might have some comments??? TK

Hi there, I have a Supersonic combo, great little amp. It is very loud, and I would not recommend it for home usage. Although you can tone it down somewhat by using lower gain preamp tubes...

The FX loop is noisy, and that IS a design flaw. That's the only negative I can think of with the amp. I've had no issues with the reverb on mine, it sounds great. The people that have reported reverb problems may have had bad tubes. The reverb on the Supersonic is tube driven, not solid state like the Hot Rod series.

There is a large volume discrepancy between the Vibrolux and Bassman channels, and I suppose some people consider this a flaw. I rarely change between them on the fly myself. I use one or the other for clean and then switch to the Burn channel for leads. A cool thing you can do is use a patch cable to jumper the FX loop, and then use it for a volume boost via the footswitch.
