Hi Guyz,

Need to know, which Fender TUBE amp, 15 to 40 watts produces
a very CLEAN, crystal clear sound.?

Previously I own a Fender Hot Rod Deville 410, this amp is superb..
It produces the best clean sound ever to me personally, and when I crank
it up , the distortion is agressive.

I'm looking for this kinda clean sound from Fender tube amp BUT
need a lower output, for room practice..

I played both classical and heavy metal.

Can u guyz recommend the amp I need?

Thnx in advance

I have a Blues Jr. I use in the house. Its clean and you can keep it low or turn it up enough to annoy your neighbors. I like the amp a lot but you`ll get many opinions on different amps here. It might come down to playing a few at the music store to see what you like better.

I cant test the blues junior here in my country or the blues deluxe
koz they dont have it here. :(

I'm juz looking for the same Clean as Hot od Deville but smaller...
Once I get the rest opinion, i'll settle for one maybe i can get a 2ndhand here from members or ebay....

Any others can help here......

The Princeton Reverb Reissue sure is a tube amp. Overpriced for what it is, but a tube amp. If you want total clean, you may want a solid state amp or a Twin Reverb.

If this is just for in-room practice then the 15 watt Blues Jr makes the most sense. The 40 watt Blues Deluxe would likely be overkill.

If you're playing metal you might want to consider the 15 watt Super Champ XD.

I do not own any of these amps but I have been doing extensive research on them over the past two months.

Plenty of videos on youtube if you want to hear for yourself ...

I have both the BJR and the Blues Deluxe RI.It depends on how much power you are looking for.I will tell you that unless you live in a whole house , i wouldnt even consider the Blues Deluxe. It is one powerful amp.I mean really. The BJR is a wonderful amp.Its lightweight and the tone is really good and quite managable even in an apartment setting. You can even gig with it too.It doesnt quite have the sparkle that the clean on the BDXRI, but it is quite good.Biggest difference in the tone is the BJR doesnt have the bottom end the BDXRI has due to the fact it has el84 tubes instead of 6l6s.The BJR only has one channel as opposed to 2 in the other. If i could only have one amp and i didnt have a whole house ,i would go with the Bjr because its lightweight, can play in any setting and your neighbors wont be calling the cops.I sold mine at one time and ended up buying another one.Good luck.

Thnx guyz,

Something tells me that i should go for Blues Junior...

But juz out of curiosity, hope this is not a stupid question:)
Again i will repeat it...
Can i get the same clean sound as Hot Rod Deville 410 ?
I juz miss the whistling clean sound of the deville...

If juz I can get that particular sound....
I WILL NOT WAIT A SECOND LONGER AND START SEARCHING
FOR THE BLUES JUNIOR.!!!!!!

If any of own these two(hot rod deville and blues junior) or have xperience using it. Pls tell me whather I can get the same clean sound...

Thnx

Can you get out to a music store? You really have to hear/compare them for yourself to know if it sounds the way you want ...
