If you have an amp thats says minimum load of 8 ohms is required, but on the back of the amp you have an 8 ohm female connector and a 16 ohm female connector what would happen to your amp if you plug your speakers in the 16 ohm load on the amp :?:

Nothing if your speakers are 16 ohm. Your amp will have to work a bit harder to get the sound out, but will also be able to push the tubes harder for a better sounding distortion at a lower volume.

Depends on the load of the speakers, are they 8 ohm or 16 ohm? Ohms law states Energy=Current*Resistance . If you got 8 ohm speakers plug em into the 8 ohm connector.

If you're not careful when you hook up speakers, you'll blow your output transformer. Always carefully match impendences.
