I have an 80's Champ 12 that I am really fond of adn was wondering if any of you have performed the Torres mods to one of these amps? The improved jacks and pot kit sounds interesting to me. Thanks, Cliff

From what I read, I couldnt find anything negative about his Champ 12 mods. Nothing but high prasie. I was hoping someone here had first hand experience doing them to the Champ 12.

I have a fender red knob that I modded with the original hot kit mod. Just make sure to follow the instructions to the letter. All the parts were there, instructions were clear and the mod made a substantial different. This one added some power to the gain. I recommended it.

Hi, yes I did all the mods to my champ 12, I was totaly happy and impressed. I had much more control of the gain channel, the input jacks are greatly improved, and the whole amp just sounds great. The directions were clear, the mods were affordable, and if you need help, you get an amp tech on the phone in secs.

coolness, they were very understated amps, I can play anything out of it, I especially like the line in and out channels
