I replaced the tubes, first the 12ax7 JJ, but the problem was still there.
So I replaced also 6v6 also from JJ and everything is ok now. Great, very happy!

And now about the sound.
JJ tubes produce much more warm, bass tone comparing to Electro harmonics. Also the preamp tube from JJ is warmer.
I lost the crispiness, high end that i like, but I gain more warm tone.
Cause I miss the bright frequencies I replaced the JJ 12ax7 back to Fender original preamp tube and I like the sound better.

The new output tubes (JJ) are working great, fantastic dynamics and attack.
I miss just a little more crispiness in my sound now, but I'm closer than ever.

My setup and settings:
Champ xd: ch2, voice 1, gain 8, vol 2.5, Jensen speaker C10R, Fender 12ax7 + JJ 6v6.
Guitar: Stratocaster with Texas special pos 2 (bridge and middle)

Thank you Chris and others very much for help!
WE got one of the best sounding amp!

Nice regards from Slovenia, Tilen

I also have a tube gone bad on my vibrochamp XD its glowing violet and the treble has gone out of the amp. What kind of warranty do fender put on their valves. My amps only 2 months old. Marshall give a 6 month warranty on valves

Read the Warranty - http://www.fender.com/support/pdfs/FENDER_5_YEAR64CE3.pdf - a PDF document.

It seems tubes would be covered for 90 days.

Ok, so I bought a SCXD from Guitar Center, it was a floor model and a few days after bringing it home I notice a weird rattle/buzz that shows up only in certain registers but is most noticeable 7th fret A string and a couple spots on the low E (5th and 7th). AND it is more apparent on humbuckers rather than single coils but shows up on both. On any clean setting it is just plain annoying.

So I take it back and they ship me a new one from the warehouse...same noise. Exact same rattle on sustained notes, same spots.

I did some searching and stumbled on to this thread, what do you guys recommend? Are Fender Tubes just crap? I can send this one back too but I'm not to confident that I won't just get another junker.

You can read in previous posts what exactly is the problem.
Short: The problem is not in Fender tubes but in 6v6 Electro Harmonics tubes.
There are probably a complete line of that tubes, bad.

Electro harmonix dont manufacture tubes do they? i thought they just bought em in and sorted em out like groove tubes, mesa, fender and just about every other valve seller.
Theres only 3 odd countries still making em. Russia, china and yugoslavia.

So I was playing my super champ xd the other day, the one I got earlier this year, and I think I must be hearing things. Every now and then I hear this background squelch. It only happens on certain notes, E,F,F#. I play through the clean channel and the effect channel and every time I play those notes I hear the same background buzz or squelch. I switched guitars and I get the same noise. I love this amp and I can't believe I'm hearing a problem. So I panic and rush to the computer to see if anyone else is having the same problem, you know the misery loves company thing. I was surprised to see at least someone else running into the same problem. I'm glad the switching of the tubes corrected the situation, I don't know much about tubes so I'm going to contact the company I bought it from and see if they can help me. I'll let you know future outcomes.

My VCXD just buzzes now. I've got the same problem. The tube glows violet and there is the smell of something burning.
