I have had this amp for a couple weeks. First I have had some dull whiney feedback on the clean channel if turned above 5, and bad feedback on the drive channels if turned above 5. Most of what I get from previous posts and other sources is that it is probably a bad or microphonic pre-amp tube. Musicians friend is sending me new pre-amp tubes, so we will see how that goes, but in the meantime, the reverb has started to go out. I don't use it much, but I went to play with it this evening, and it was not working. I checked the cord that goes to it (from the sort of head part to the spring box), and all seemed alright, then I played again and it worked for a few. I turned the reverb for a while, then went to try it again, and again it stopped working. I am a newbie in the tube amp realm, so I am learning these things as go along. My question is: Can this reverb issue be connected to the tube issue? I have read sort of contrasting info in that the reverb is solid state, but in another place that is is somehow linked to the tubes. Please help! Thanks!

Well, I looked in the "products" section here and it says your amp has 3 12AX7's and 2 6L6's. That means that there is no tube driven reverb and no tube rectifier. I would take it to a reputable amp tech. It could be something like a short in the reverb cable or a cracked solder joint or a number of other things. Sorry I don't have any better advice. Maybe someone else here knows exactly what's going on with it.
