Hey did anyone else hear about the Cyber Foot Controller being discontinued? I've been checking out prices on them from time to time and last week GC didn't have them in their catalog anymore. Searching through other sites I found one that said this item is discontinued.

I found one site that had one left and I snatched it right up. It arrived today.

 I hope these are rumors. These are the best amps and amp products Fender has ever made (or anyone else).

Any feedback/review from anyone about the software?

ciao,
johnny

Well it's not a rumor that the foot controller is discontinued. It's not even listed on Fenders site. As for the amp, I have no idea. As for the softeware, it makes using this amp so much more easier. I'm going to get much more out of this amp than I have in the 2 yrs I've had it. Thanks Johnny.

Waynesworld,

Stunned to hear the foot controller being discontinued, it really is the perfect match to the Cyber Twin.

Delighted to hear you are pleased with the software.

Lefty,

in your video of the settings, if you do a Single Preset Save to File, all of your presets in the video will be saved to a file on your PC. Both a binary version and a text version are saved. The text version, or *.txt, can be posted and read with notepad, word, anything that can read a simple text file. Easiest way i know to publish all of your settings.

Ciao,
Johnny.

Dear Ebm,

If you are out there, can you please email me?

ciao,
johnny.

I emailed you 1 or 2 days ago. I'm getting forgetful, it may have been three days ago. It was sent to the only email address I could find for you. I don't post it because you may not want it to be public for all the spammers and scammers to get. 8)

I have not received any reply yet. :?

Back from DC. What an incredible city, so much history to experience. Was in total awe of Lincoln Memorial & Gettysburg Address, Reflecting Pond, and Veteran's Memorials. These are emotionally moving sites to see, must see in your lifetime.

Ciao,
Johnny.

Glad you made it back ok.

Meanwhile, I've been playing around with the Cyber Commander SE software I bought from you.

To anyone interested in this software:
You know, this thing is really good. It deserves a good review telling the good (I've found a lot) and the bad, if there is any. (haven't found anything worth mentioning so far)

Most of my problems have been either Windows xp Media Center Edition related, or midi related, or ignorance on my part for how to use the software.

Fortunately for me, there is an excellent manual, the Cyber Commander SE is pretty intuitive and John has been a great help with his email help and support.

I have probably worried the man to death with my questions - when most, if not all, of my questions were already answered in the manual. But he's never said anything like 'it's in the manual' or anything negative. His replies have all been nice and very informative about what ever little thing I was trying to figure out at the time.

more later ... if it's allowed
