Hey so quick question I seem to be having an issue with the twin reverb 65 RI , prior to calling fender since it’s brand new wanted to see if i could trouble shoot here . I just bought the amp < 45 days old . I seem to be having this I pitched hiss / break up after either I notes or some chords especially if I have the spring reverb on . It also seems to sound like vibration through the speakers . I have tried low and high volumes and the issue continues . Does anyone have an idea of what this might be that’s going on . It gets worse with pedals such as the OBD minim and EQD avalanche . However the sound also occurs without being plugged into my pedal board . Pretty frustrating as I had an issue with the first one I received and then received a replacement from the supplier and am having a separate issue with this amp .

Thanks in advance for any help

Symptoms that are frequency related are often from mechanical instabilities in tubes or speakers. Putting your Twin back to back with another will allow you to swap speakers to test that end. Tubes are the most likely culprit, however.
First remove the preamp tube shields. Turn on the amp and before it gets hot, move the tip of each preamp tube in a circle to gently exercise the tube socket contacts. This is called the tube dance. If any tubes make crackling noise, continue rotating until it cleans up. Then tap each tube with the back of your fingernail to hear if it is microphonic.
If you have an extra 12AX7 you can substitute it in each position to see if that makes a difference. Next, you can remove two power tubes at a time to see if that affects the problem. Remove the outside pair, reinstall, then the inside pair. If the tubes check out, you may have a problem with the lead free solder they have to use now.

I would also check/tighten all the screws, QC isn't always 100% and since its a new replacement.
unscrew and open the reverb bag, inspect the reverb tank screws as well
speaker mounts
chassis strap screws
faceplate screws
potentiometer screws
even the cabinet screws inside and out
tilt back leg mounting

Just signs of the times gents, new production tubes and RoHS compliance. Your lawn's great but your amp works like chit.
