My new Super Champ X2 (Nov 2019) works very well until last week.
But suddently : no sound.
It is not a problem of Fusible : red lights are working (main, channel switch, tap)
If I connect an external speaker in place of the combo-one: No sound
If I connect a headphone : No sound.
Tubes seems right. But as I have 2*6V6 and 1*12AXY from another amp, I changed them : No sound. But may be the replacing tubes are not working well.

But before ordering new tubes, I am interested if anyone had the same problem in the past ?

Thank you in advance

Dominique

First, can you hear noise/ hum from speaker with volume at 10 if need ?
No need to play or plug guitar.

No hum or noise mean power supply issue.
Output Power tubes ( both ) missing

Hum or noise ; guitar input jack issue, tubes issue, solid state preamp issue ......?

Report.

I guess that would rule out the power amp?

Do you have another guitar you can try? Just to rule out the guitar? Also another patch cable? If you plug in a working patch cable and touch the jack tip, do you hear a "bzzzzzt"?

Before you perform any tests:
1. Remove all "stomp boxes"
2. Remove any external pedals that aren't required to make the amp work
3. Nothing in the effects loop
4. Remove any external speaker cabinet(s) and speaker cables

You want to test with just a known-working guitar, a known-working patch cable and the amp.

Thank you for your answers.
Already tried with other guitars, other jacks & cables, without any stomp or exeternal cabinet.
No "brzzz" at maximum level. No "greee" when touchy the jack.

No sound at all.

Any clue

If your amp remains under warranty I strongly suggest that your bring it and the original sales receipt to an authorized Fender service center and let them repair it.

Oh I was thinking Fender changed to a 1 year warranty. It's 2 years. Yes, bring it for service.

Just wondering if you took it to a tech and what the tech said. I have the same amp, same sounding problem, but I received the amp second hand (no warranty).

Super Champ XD
No sound
Line out works and with preamp controls
New tubes, glowing
Speaker works with different amp
All lights are working
