Hello,

The link above goes to a Reddit post I made with a video of my amp making some kind of a static noise. I don't really know anything about amps. I've had my DRRI for about 10 years and have been nothing but happy with it until recently when this started. Any tips, suggestions, tricks, insight would be appreciated!

Thanks!

Did you try some know good (new ?) preamp tubes as suggested ?
It is the first thing to do .

Or it is leaky signal cap.

The first bit of maintenance every tube amp musician should learn is the ;"Tube Dance". If you get static or crackles, the first thing is to check the contacts of the tubes in their sockets.
Remove the tube shields.
Warm up the amp for at least a couple minutes, but not so long that you can't touch the hot tubes.
Start with the small tubes furthest away from the big tubes and work towards them.
Grab the tip of the tube with a thumb and two fingers and move the tip 1/2" to 3/8" in a circular motion to slightly pull each pin a little ways out of the socket and then back in again.
If the tube crackles and makes noises, keep up with the tube dance until it clears up. The metal to metal motion will burnish the tube pins and clean up the static.
When you get to the power tubes, use a terry cloth wash cloth to grasp the base of the tube and do the same spiral motion. Don't use your bare fingers.. High voltage is near the base pins.

Next, test the tubes for microphonics. Very few tubes will fail and not work at all. The more common failure is internal vibration caused fractures of the metal and mica. This makes it crackle , pop, and hum.
With the backside of your finger, thwack the side of the tube a couple times and listen to the response from the speaker. There should be a light ringing or nothing at all. If you hear a dull thud or a pop, or other incriminating symptoms, you can swap tube position to check if its just that tube or if all the tubes sound like that in that position.
Or you can pull the spare tube you should always have in your gig bag and substitute it in to see if the problem is a tube.
Other things to try are to tighten all jack nuts and exercise the controls, especially the ones you don't use. Then test the ends of your guitar cable. Twist the tips of the connectors. If they move, they should be replaced.
Good Luck
