18 months ago I purchased a Tweed Blues Junior with a "FAT" switch for rehearsal. This amp has less than 200 hours on it, yet it constantly blows fuses. I use a power conditioner, with a surge protector. About a month after buying the amp, I switched it on... a very loud buzz came from the amp and boom... it stopped working. I took it to an authorized fender service center... he said some parts in the amp were faulty... he fixed it... and it worked for about 3 months...and boom... blow fuse. We replaced the fuse and it worked fine for about 4 months... (rehearsing once a week). then I took 3 months off from using it... turned it back on yesterday... the same LOUD BUZZ from the amp and boom... stopped working... we replaced the fuse and it stayed on but the loud buzz continued, so I shut it down. Any ideas... this is really a problem...

Most of the time it is a Output Power tube (s ) the culprit and /or wrong bias
Look the Service Center do a poor job.

You have 2 choices;
#1
Remove all Power Output Tubes, put new fuse , power amp ON ( it is safe )
Leave the amp ON day and night and see if fuse blow.

Few days and night if needed.
If fuse did not blow, replace OutPut Power tubes and have amp bias properly ( it is a must ) not by this poor service center.

#2
Return amp to ( another ? ) the Service Center.

Alway put the right fuse, no more powerful one

By the way, you wrote ;
" I took it to an authorized fender service center... he said some parts in the amp were faulty... he fixed it "

This look bullshit.
Know the name of witch parts Service Center replace.

Good luck and report

Working in a amp it is a specialized profession, it cannot be improvised.
I don't know where you live but finding a good amp technician can be difficult for a Fender Service Center

Removing two tubes on the other hand is easy.
Just be careful with pins guide when you put in place.

Use masking tape on each tube and chassis with a arrow for easy find location, if you need
