OK, if you have made it work by turning up the volume, even once, we can safely assume its a connection problem, not a component failure.
By turning up the volume and making it work, even once, we can say that the problem is downstream of the volume control or the control itself. is it still dead in the drive channel?
Your frustrating experience of taking it to different shops also bears out the probability of an intermittent connection. There is no better way to temporarily fix an intermittent than to take it for a bumpy car ride across town.
Your description of a symptom that only happens cold and doesn't recur after warmup, suggests that the intermittent is power supply related, not signal chain.
So in the daisy chain of circuits that make up the amp, we can say the beginning is OK. If you can put your ear close to the speaker and confirm hiss or hum from the speaker and not the hum of the transformer in the back, you can say the output is OK.
You can test the output to the speakers by unplugging the speaker and plugging in a pair of headphones at low volume.
The convienent break point in the middle of the daisy chain is the Power Amp In and preamp out jacks. If you can plug the guitar into Power amp in and get sound, that confirms the power amp is working. If not, plug a pair of headphones into the Preamp Out Jack and listen for your guitar faintly coming through.
You can also try turning up the reverb volume and tapping on the reverb tank on the bottom of the amp to see if any sound comes through.

Its dead in every channel. The last bumpy car ride with the amp destroyed my tubes and cost me 150 bucks, so I don't feel comfy doing that lol. I only hear the transformer humming in the back when the amp is not working. Power amp plug is also not working. Also no reverb is audible. But I don't care anymore. It's always the same.

With heavy thinking and talking with my musician friends and with my frustrating experiences in mind, I have finally decided to buy a new amp and try and sell the other one to the repair shop, as at their place it "worked like new". Sadly I probably lost over 500 bucks for not fixing this amp. But that pain is less than not being able to play for another year. Thank you all for your help though. If the amp gets bought, maybe you'll find the next person here, asking for help with this cursed yellow piece of decor.
Peace!

Yes, it sounds like you're glaring at the amp, watching it turn from Tweed to Lemon.
There comes a point where its never gonna be yer friend and you aren't gonna trust it even if it does get fixed.
Its time to move on. Can I interest you in a Tonemaster....

That might be a worthy replacement. You'll need a stompbox for saturated OD tones but both the Twin Reverb TM and Deluxe Reverb TM seem to take pedals pretty well.

You can interest me in a Tonemaster or, better yet, a Blues Junior. I'm on a limited budget but would be very happy to take one off your hands. I know it would be in tip-top shape. Please PM me if you like.

Um, that was a rhetorical question.. I don't own one and can't sell it here.
