Hi guys, I was just wondering if I can use headphones with a Fender Bassbreaker 15, maybe using an XLR-jack adapter? Thank you

Welcome!
I wonder if you can't just hook to the 1/4 inch "Extension Speaker" jack? I see if you hook up a "Main Speaker" it cancels out the internal speaker...but Extension does not.

It's a tube amp.
It absolutely MUST have a proper speaker load on the output or it will blow the output section.
The only thing I can suggest would be to get something like a Weber Mini-Mass, then run it at minimum output as a dummy load, then run the line-out into a headphone amp or PC DI interface.

Do not EVER run a tube amp with the speaker unplugged or with headphones in the output jack.
