I have a 4 yr old twin reverb reissue that I purchased new, which has developed a hum in the reverb circuit. As the reverb knob is adjusted upwardly the hum increases in volume. Any Ideas what is causing the problem.

Thanks
Lew

Try replacing the 12ax7 tube that drives the reverb tank. If you have a couple of different tubes to try, you'll find that some can get real quiet, while others leave a little hum all the time.

Good luck!

Yep, that's probably all it is.
