I just got a new Mustang LT25, and it blows away every other modeling amp that I've ever tried, including the Katana, and the GT40 (sorry Fender). I think they really improved on the Mustang GT platform, learning from what people didn't like about the GT40. I still love my GT40, but I love the LT25 even more. It sounds and feels even more like a real tube amp, and can do it at lower volume levels than the GT40, which is important to me, 'cause my ears are shot, and my neighbors are finicky if I get too loud, which I tended to do with the GT40, 'cause it needed to be louder to sound great. There's not as many presets as the GT series, and fewer tweaks, but there's still enough for me, and I find it easier to dial in the sound I like. The Tweed, BF, and Marshall amp models are improved compared to the GT40, IMO, and the effects are comparable too. It doesn't have the stereo delay, and the headphone sound isn't as good. Also, each amp model has its own dedicated cab model, but I always used the default cab with the amp models in the GT anyway. There's no app for tweaking, it's all done onboard with the controls, guided by the LCD screen, which is fine with me, 'cause I don't have a cellphone. Overall, a great little amp for $150, and is chock full of great sounds. Fender hits a homerun with this one, and I think that they should release a GT40 V2, based upon this digital engine.

I'm glad to hear its an improvement. It does look good for the price.
At first look, I saw they made the same mistake Marshall made for a while.
They put the input jack right next to the footswitch. So if you misplug your guitar into the wrong jack, it gets DC voltage into your pickups, a very bad No No.
