1- You are looking for or you show this preset ?
2- Look to me you are in the wrong sub forum for amps with preset.

One of the “Woman Tone’s” key elements is the smooth, creamy distortion that only tubes provide.

As I understand it, Clapton would take a Tweed Twin or a Tweed Bassman and crank it.
Then he'd roll back the tone knobs on his guitar.
Gibsons in the early years. Fenders later.
Done.

Figure out how to preset that and you'll be well within the ballpark

Previous posts indicate you have a cyber twin SE amp. Since there is no Cyber Twin section of the forum, and the Cyber Twin doesn't use Fender Fuse, it would seem this question has been posted in the right place. But unfortunately, I do not have that amp and won't be able to help with that specific product.

Having seen Mr. Clapton perform with Cream in May of 1968 at the Municipal Auditorium in Sacramento I can categorically and unequivocally assure you there were NO TWEED ANYTHINGS on that stage.

Two full Marshall stacks for Eric, two full Marshall stacks for Jack's bass, and a pair of blackface Twin Reverbs for when Jack blew his harps.

Arjay

Huh.
I looked into it and you are quite correct.
I was sure I had read (long ago) it was originally a tweed thing.
At any rate, when I saw him in '02 there were two tweeds directly behind him.
There was other gear too of course but I got he sense he was playing through the tweeds.

I will categorically state that Mr. Clapton most definitely did not play on Stevie Wonder's "Sunshine of Your Life".

Now , if we are speaking of that other tune, get a fairly clean British-type amp model on the Cyber Twin, put a smooth, saturated fuzz tone in front of the amp, use your neck pickup, turn the tone control down to about 2-3, then proceed to rawk the woman-tone.

You're welcome!
