1- I'll check tubes.
2- To me it look like a bad contact or solder on the printed circuit board.
3- Speaker ? Try another one.

Without throwing it up on the table, sounds like you have a bad weld (something has shaken loose) From the sound of it, might be in the reverb area or PI area P38, C26 area... or somewhere thereabouts.. (but this is just a guess...

A couple of things I advise all users of modern Fenders to do in order to get the most out of their amps

A) Never move the amp until it's at room temp. After playing, wait till the amp cools down before moving.
B) Never expose the amp to extreme temperature changes. After a gig, warm the car up. Going to a friend's house? Warm the car up.
C) Treat t the amp with respect as if it's a laptop computer or an expensive gaming system.

Although the thickness of the PCB that Fender uses isn't optimum, it does get the job done (as the all too numerous HRDeluxes and Devilles from the 90s and early 2000 still up and working demonstrate) Beyond the typical BS on the internet, Fender PCB material doesn't decompose like paper and the heat from the tubes has no effect on the PCB itself in the short term (10-20yrs of use)

Aside from a bad component .. and with modern manufacturing there is really no way of getting around this (hence the 5 yr warranty by Fender) What appears to be the bane of the "construction" of these new amps is oxidation and bad care/operating methods. The traces, the welds like I said are "less than optimum" if they experience an extreme temp change .. Taken hot off the stage after a 2.5-hour gig and straight into a below-freezing temp car you get all kinds of things happening. Mainly condensation inside of the amp... which causes oxidation on the welds which can and will cause cracks in the solder points... and the dreaded "warping or lifted traces" can and does happen.

In short, an amp (especially this type of construction) isn't a piece of luggage or a milk crate. One would never throw a laptop/gaming system in the back of a car's trunk or jerk the power cord out of it from 10 feet away like it was a garden hose. Yet the same people do this to an amp like the HRD.

I often see two polar opposite opinions on these amps The amp is full of issues and shortcomings. Or the amp is a workhorse.

I have both vintage amps and modern amps that I rotate in and out of my gigs and never have I had a problem with my modern Fender amps. I know a few other working musicians that have the same opinion as I, but I see on the internet or hear from distantly known musicians about problems.

That will insure it's value down the road - just like a laptop. Sorry, I couldn't resist.

One word: "RoHS"
Lead-free solder is the bane of consumer electronics and virtually guarantees that there will be no working "turn of the century" electronic products working in 2040.

+1,000,000

Substandard soldering accounts for over 50% of Fender's new amp failures.

Crappy OEM tubes get the blame for about thirty per cent.

The odds are pretty good that many customers will get a lemon.

A lot of my thinking on this is due to my career

Rohos i.e. Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) interesting.

50 % defective rate? Also Interesting..

What about components being supplied by outside processes?

I'm a materials manager for a global Tier 1 supplier that is ISO certified to the 2014 specs

I will say.... No company that dominates the market share that FMIC does, could possibly have a high overall defective rate. But 50% of whatever that rate is... due to bad screening..... Yea I could see that.

If FMIC is like a typical modern company... It's a pretty sure bet that both the Corona and the Ensenada plants have in their manufacturing process a QT department (w/engineers etc) that monitors the screening process and checks for the correct tolerances etc. Modern plants have QT all over the manufacturing process, it just doesn't happen at the end of the assembly process. With Fender I'd be looking at the outside suppliers.

Suppliers can be a big issue, especially in the world of electronics. Electronic suppliers have to have serious documentation on the manufacturing and reliability of their components in today's world. My company bought components from a suspect supplier at it cost us huge in recalls. If Fender gets one bad batch of resistors and doesn't catch it /// oh boy!!! I do remember the first HRDs having an issue with the channel switching and it being attributed to those ceramic resistors at R78 &79.

I quit dabbling in the amp tech world.... I'd say I was a hack at best... I'm a player and that's what I do.
Yet, I have modded amps in the past, just this weekend I installed a Negative feedback switch using the old ground switch on a 69 Bassman but that's simple. Building a guitar amp from the ground up, Nope!!! I haven't the discipline. (learned that the hard way) All the modern amps I have (which haven't given me any issues.... knock on wood!) were modded and gone over by someone more capable and knowledgeable than myself.
