Post subject: Super Champ XD Variation in volume

There is a big variation in volume on my super champ xd, voice nr 3 is more than twice as loud as nr 2 and nr 4 is only half of nr 2, what can cause that? The rest of the voicing is ok. Help any one?

The voicing controls are digital. If they are stable and sound the same each time you turn the encoder to that position, then the switching is ok.
Then its possible there is a glitch in the memory or someone has modified the preset with Fuse software.
You can restore the original presets by powering the amp on and holding down the Tap button for 4 seconds, until it lights up. Good luck.

The voices all have different gain levels (like the amps they emulate). So if you don't adjust the gain&volume knobs it's normal for the dirty voices to be much louder than the clean voices.

Thanks, but I don't think there is a tap button on my XD I know there is on X2.
