Hi peeps, newbie here... I just purchased an EVH 5150 III 50 watt 2x12 combo. Was made in 2013 and sold in the Japanese Market. As some of you know, the Japanese voltage is 100v Amp has been working perfect for 5 years at 120v. The schematics for this amp show three different Power Transformer numbers.

One for US 110V-120V. One for Japan 100v and another for UK 220V. The schematic show the output voltage on all three at 125v, with the American and Japanese power transformer output with the same exact Pico quick fuse. A different fuse for the UK version.

My question is should I get the u.s. Transformer? Or just leave the one that's in it alone. I haven't taken my voltage meter to the output of the Japanese transformer, but I'm pretty sure it's going to be the same or the fuses would have blown. Any thoughts on this, I don't want it to affect the longevity of the amplifier. A side note , the input plug for the power is exactly the same also as the Japan model. The UK plug as you probably already know is different.
