Hello everyone! Yesterday i noticed loud hum when using reverb of bb15. I swapped all preamp tubes and it didn't help. That's how it sounds like . Any suggestions?

Link don't work :(

Did you ear noise with no guitar, nothing plug in the input ?

Did you put know good tubes in amp ? Or you use tubes in the amp ?
Noisy preamp tubes, ; put know good tubes
One weak EL84 could make noise ; put know good tubes
Dirty contacts on tubes and tubes socket; clean them with good contact cleaner like Deoxit

Broken solder in input jack or broken input jack; check and repair
Bad filter cap or broken solder on filter cap; check and repair

Definitely noisy, but doesn't sound like hum, but that may just be due to limited cell phone audio quality.

No noise with reverb control turned all the way down?

I put all new JJ’s ECC83S in preamp section .
It didn’t help. With no guitar I hear same noise and it become louder than you turn up reverb. When reverb knob at 0 it doesn’t make any noise.

No noise at all when reverb knob at 0 even if guitar plunged in or not doesn’t matter

No guitar cable alone should be in the input jack for test.

From what I can find, no reverb tank, digital reverb. Apparently not an easy amp to work on either.

If you bought it new, and it's less than 2 years old, it's under limited warranty.

I couldn't find a schematic, but I did find this:

Sorry, but it doesn't look like it is an "easy" fix.

Sure this amp need a tech

Where is the reverb tank ? Not outside the amp, inside the cab close to the speaker ?

Well there is a problem to send 27kg amp via post. I think I don’t have any warranty centers of fender in my country. And there is a problem that I bought it in Germany.

I think I should take it to local guys who fix valve amps. That’s my best option. If it’s digital reverb I don’t think that swap EL84s will fix it...
