Hello, I’m fairly new to guitar and very new to an electric guitar. Can someone help me with some settings? I’m trying to get an understand for good amp settings. I really like the sound of the tweed amps. I keep reading about Strat tone and I have no idea how to set that up either. I have a hss Mexican strat. Thanks for the help and suggestions in advance.

I don't know exactly what sound your going for, but I always think of neck pickup with a strat.

I think depending on the genres you want to play will depend on settings you want to use. If you got a strat and a fender amp w/tweed models on it you pretty much already got the tone right there. Also keep in mind that a lot your tone comes from your hands which require practice. I would suggest listening to the music you want to learn and experiment with the gear you have for the tone you want. And practice practice practice. Good luck.
