I purchased a used BDR and it worked fine for a total of around 10 hrs. (5-10 sessions 1hr ea. ). Then one day after about 20 mins the amp turned off, no sound or lights. An hour later it seemed fine for 20 mins of playing. Then a few days later it happened again, after only 10 mins, then 5 and now it turns off after only a second or two. Happens even if nothing is plugged in.

I had read about the bad solder joints and have experience soldering, so I took the back off and it looks like around 90% of the visible connections have already been re-flowed. I've tried re-seating the tubes and nothing has worked. Any and all suggestions are welcomed? Also anyone on here know of a quality repair shop in Atlanta, North GA or Chattanooga TN?

That certainly seems like a poor connection somewhere, most likely a bad solder joint. I would have a very close look at the power supply connections, namely the ones where the power transformer leads connect to the circuit board. You have to remove the main circuit board (the big one) to view the back of the circuit board to check these solder joints, they are not visible with only the back panel removed.

Many power transformers have a thermal cutoff that resets after the transformer cools back down. I haven't looked at the schematic to see if yours does.

If so, something may be drawing a little too much current. Not enough to blow the fuse but enough to overwork the transformer.

Parasitic oscillation, failing filter cap, failing tube?

Update, amp is now back in service... 2 capacitors were toast. Fortunately it wasn't too expensive. Thanks to all for the advice.
