I'm the proud borrower of a mid-'90s era Twin, and thanks to the manual in the Support section of this site, I've worked out how to operate most of the amp. I have two questions regarding some era-unique features on my Twin; First, where should be Impedance Switch (4/8/16) be set if I'm only using the internal (two 8 ohm) speakers? Also, what precisely does the Mix knob do (in the Reverb section, near the Presence knob)? Any help would be appreciated.

The eight ohm speakers are wired in series, so the switch should be set to 16 ohms. The mix knob controls the amount of effects inserted into the effects loop. The loop is wired in parallel so that the sound is not degraded. you can leave the effects inserted, and only dial in some when you want.
