I have a bassbreaker 15w combo amp. The fuse blew the other day and I put a new fuse in it and it blew also. I put another one in and disengaged the ground lift. The first power tube shines white/purple hot and the second tube appears idle. Crackling and whistling comes out of the amp. Is this a tube issue or something more? The current tubes are only about 4 months old.

Power tube look bad.
Remove them, put new fuse; if fuse do not blow, put 2 new power tubes.

Alway put the right fuse if you don't want to damage your amp $$$
