Hello Jeffo46,

I used a frontman 25r for about
a decade, it never let me down.

I loaned it out and suspect I'll
never see it in the near future.

I own a blues junior but sometimes
I miss the sterility of solid state.
I've been looking at 65r's
they do a nice job and come
with a footswitch to switch
channels, it has two.

Best of luck.

Cheers.

i've played through the 25r and i would recomend it if you are going to use a lot of pedals. i own a fm65dsp wich is the same amp but with digital effects and you can decide what the 2nd channel will sound like. it has amps like the fender metal head and black face sounds and hot rod sounds and bassman sounds. it also has an scoustic guitar simulator and a british sound. it has like 7 different effects along with combos wich make for 16 fx settings and 16 amp settings. i had a faulty one wich stoped working but fender replaced it for free.

go for the fm65 dsp. it's $300.
