Hello everyone,

I've got a Fender Frontman 15G, which I bought second-hand.
The problem is it is buzzing in a strange way. Most of time, it happens when I turn it on, even with no input. When turned off and on again, it stops.
And sometimes, when I play, buzz appears after a couple of minutes.
I thought the earth of my house socket could be incorrectly wired, but after testing the socket with a tester, it seems OK.

I recorded the buzz: http://sendvid.com/x4bhbuif

What could it be? And what should I do?
My main concern: is it a earth related issue that could be dangerous?

Plug a guitar, not only a guitar wire, did you ear the buzz with guitar volume at 0 ?
No buzz = input jack issue ( contact dirty , broken or broken solder )

Buzz with guitar vol to 0 ; could be a bad solder inside the amp

I have the buzz even when the guitar volume is turned down to 0 unfortunately... So the problem is within the amp?

I also noted that it appears more often with the drive is selected. But it also happens with the clean channel.
