Strange that it doesn't have the typical Fender badging. The usual one is missing and the one on the grill cloth is added. And the labels on the back are in a variety of languages. I looked up pictures of 1995 Hot Rod Deluxe amps, and didn't see anything like this. Could it be a kit? Or a real Fender made for a foreign market? You could always check with Fender via the serial number.

It looks legit, but the regular badge was removed (from above the grill cloth) and the one on the grill cloth was added, and the casters were added.

How does it sound to you? If it sounds good to you it is good. The badges could be replaced for a few bucks.
My guess is someone wanted their amp to look different. I would confirm its not an export only model and works on 120v A/C power.

The "Made In USA" on the badge is pretty much definitive, but it does appear to be an export model, looking at the 100 volt input.

I added a Fender logo to mine that I took off from my first Fender amp, Sidekick 10.
Remove the rear panel to look at the circuit boards. You should be able to tell.

I know I am a bit late to the party but have some info for this request.

That is a Fender amp for the Japanese market. They run on 100v and if that is used on American 120V it may cause failures dependent on component tolerances.
