I have Fender Blues Deluxe Reissue that I really like. But I am not getting any distortion regardless of gain? I am not very tech savvy so I don't even know where to start. Could this be a tube issue? And if so, which tubes? Any help would be appreciated.

Switch to the drive channel. Does the light come on for this channel? Are you using the "master" and "drive" pots? There is no "gain" pot.
The normal channel uses the "volume" pot, whereas the drive channel uses the "master" and "drive" pots.

I've always suspected that when a person goes to the trouble of creating a profile just to ask one question ... they likely monitor the answers but don't bother responding.
They have no desire to join a community.
They just want information.
They very likely don't feel they're being rude.
After all, we don't say "thank you" to the search engine when we ask the internet for an answer.
In their minds, that's what they did.

Just my long held assumption.
Maybe I'm wrong.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

No Matt. I think you're probably right. I think he/she just moved on.
