I have a rarely used Hot Rod DeVille (prob about 8 years old) that when you press the channel select button, no tone comes out of the amp.
Any Suggestions?

Thank you

It may be a v2 problem. Try subbing another tube.

That's the first thing I'd try (and the easiest). But if that doesn't cure the problem then it's time to delve more deeply into the amp's innards. I'd take a look at the channel-switching relay and it's related solder joints.

Switching channels also switches volume controls, so first try turning up the master and the drive pots.

"Volume" is for the clean channel, "Master" and "Drive" are for the drive channels.

Por favor, disculpe mi español, no se llega a la práctica con mucha frecuencia.
