You could try Ebay, miamielectronics ships to Chile and I'm sure there are others as well.

From the picture of the internal 4a fuse, it seems you could use either size of fuse since both holders are wired in. But the external 3a fuse is 6x32mm or 1 1/4 x 1/4 inches (same size). You may not be able to find the exact looking type of fuse, just get the right amperage, voltage and action.

Searched all ebay and cant find 6x30 or 6x32 3a and 4a fuses for 125 volt. :(
250 v only.

250VAC rated fuses will work fine.
