About the only things I can think of, which you could easily fix are a shorted out or open line speaker. And a bad power supply electrolytic caps. I would not attempt replacing IC's.

Check speaker for shorts or blown wiring. Check main caps for bulges and leaks. Caps to look at are C29 through C33.

Wrong fuse, too low power ; I guess not , be sure you put only one with original specs .
Solders on power supply. Look where are filter caps
Power transformer.
Short on speaker or speaker wiring or output jack
