Hello to all-
Does anyone know what Fender is doing with the Mustang series? Are they being discontinued or revised?
The website only shows a single model now, the I. There is no longer the II-V listed.
Thanks for any input.
Randy

About time. Fender seem to have been unable to update FUSE, so the demise of the Mustang was not surprising. The Floor and Mini were the first to go, and now the rest seem gone too, except for the I, and my guess is it's just temporary. You can still find the II and III at some stores, but the IV and V seems to be all gone now.
For entry level digital amps, Champion seems to be what Fender has right now, but judging by what Andy Mooney said last fall, there may be new digital amps with Bluetooth this year.

The demise of the Mustang amps appears to have greatly exaggerated:

Re-using the name for something completely different? Yes, that has been one of the speculations. But doesn't change that the current Mustang line is EOL, and there won't be a v3.

Anyhow, that looks like a Fender Passport Mini had a fling in Taiwan with a Blackstar Fly.

LOL @ Art.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

Dang, can't you just admit when you're wrong?

Post-Windows 95 Microsoft Windows has been called:

WIndows 98
Windows NT
Windows 2000
Windows XP
Windows ME
Windows Vista
Windows 7
Windows 8
Windows 10

...But it is still Microsoft Windows.

There is a new line of Fender Mustang amplifiers coming. Fender Mustang. That doesn't sound like something completely different to me.
