As Retroverbial and BWM write, this wiring/ jumper job is a piece of junk.
Your redplating may come from this poor job.
Amp need to see a qualified person who know how to solder properly.

From the photos it looks like pin 3 (cathode) saw a whopping current surge and fried the board tracings to ground. Most likely due to a shorted EL84, at the time.

Fixing this will prolly require a complete rewiring to a proper grounding point. ALL screen, grid stopper, grid-to-ground, and cathode-tied reading resistors (if they exist) will need to be inspected. As well as V5 socket for thermal damage or carbon tracking.

Great News!!! Removed all solder and cheesy wiring on V5, Reflowed and re-jumped pins that fried AND SHE IS UP AND RUNNING MY FRIENDS!

STRATELE52 NAILED IT, when he said i bet your shorting out on the pins. Thanks guys
