I have a fender chorus with 2x10 speakers and 125 watts. One of the speakers has sound and the other doesn't. I took the wires off the one that has sound and put them on the one that doesn't and it had sound then. Both speakers check out ok. Would anyone have any ideas or suggestions what the problem could be or what I need to check now.

Let's try some eliminating problems first. If you have a set of headphones, and this amplifier has a input for headphones, plug them in. Plug in your guitar and set your levels and listen if you hear the instrument on both headphone speakers. You should hear the instrument on both headphone speakers. If you do not hear the instrument in both speakers of the headphones, there's a good chance that there is a circuit board problem. Have you tried input 1 and input 2 ? Have you tried turning the volume and gain controls to the left and right quickly and repeatedly? Is there any severe static or audible scratchy sound? I don't know of your electronic repair experience level, but I doubt this is a high-end expensive repair. Chances are it is a simple resolder on the circuit board. I always keep on hand a can of aerosol spray sold by RadioShack it cleans and lubricates contacts.

How many times are you going to post the same question about the same problem with the same amp?

The sonofabitch is broken. Take it somewhere and get it fixed.
