Hey guys, so I have this 1999 (Maybe?) of the later years fender 'twin amp' single input version

Every time I turn it on standby, regardless of gtr plugged in or not, there is a squeal coming from the amp. Starts off slow and then gets louder, up until a point, gets louder if I turn the volume up, also if I turn the reverb up the squeal gets '"reverb'd" does that make sense? But I can still play my guitar through it.

Anyway,

The back of the amp has two LEDS, that depict I need a new fuse for the power tubes, and that means I should get new power tubes, now besides the fact that yes the amp needs new powers tubes what would be the next thing to check? I'm waiting in the mail for a set of sovtek 6l6 power tubes, and two new fuses for the amp.

It looks like someone has done some work before I got my hands on it, has three different types of tubes in it,
Based on the following schematic http://ampwares.com/schematics/Twin_Pro ... SchE45.pdf pg 3 has R206 and R205
Does this R206, look okay? The R205 should hold the same voltage, 10k, but isn't its 17k, within the range? It just has these Charred points in the PCB,

Nothing is wired wrong, nothing has been modded except for the mismatching set of tubes, it just started squealing one day and popped a fuse for V9 & V11, V10 & V12

Has anyone had any similar Situatons with this amp, I have a 1970s twin but I don't want to touch it, at all since it blows fuses past 7 on the volume. (needs new tubes also)

I had a late 90's crate two 12-inch speaker lead guitar amp that had the same squealing symptoms appear, and yes even through the Reverb. Through the years of owning this amp I used to sit on it a lot. This cracked the amplifier circuit board. You may not have sat on your amplifier but it sounds like you have a cracked circuit board in the amplification section. And yes they can be repaired. Cost me $110, 5 years ago at Cook Repair in Ky. Did not need any parts just labor consumed.
