Hi everyone, my first post here. Is it possible to transpose my Mustang IV by a semitone or download a MOD pedal that can be applied to certain sounds? Im also the singer and start struggling 2nd set so to give a bit of breathing space I need to transpose -1....or detune my guitars to Eb etc....

Any help appreciated.

The built-in pitch shifter is called the Octaver. Add that effect and try it out. I can't imagine it does a good job of what you want to do though.

Why don't you just play everything one fret lower?

Pitch shifting other than fifths and octaves tends to sound terrible unless you wear closed headphones. The main reason is that the guitar isn't acoustically silent.

Use a capo.
