Let's agree that we don't agree on describing noises

No, you seem to be averse to providing some cogent data needed to diagnose your amp's problem.

Some of this forum's most capable amp guys have tried to help you out but, like a drowning skinnydipper whose embarrassment will not permit him to disclose his location so a lifeguard can accurately toss a lifeline, you play word games.

Enjoy your swim, pilgrim.

Retroverbial,

English it's not my first language. I've tried my best to describe the problem, and I know I got great advices from all of you. I appreciate and thank you all for it.

Although, your last answer got nothing positive to discussion.
What details you wish me to describe better? I've got nothing to hide, because it is on my best interest to recolect the best leads to solve the problem. It's pretty easy to agree with that, I think.

However, thanks again.
Best regards.

Can't do better than this:

https://youtu.be/uwI5NvADJoQ

It's a video at my rehearsing room.
In fact, problem occurs even with reverb off.

Thanks

That is exactly what my faulty reverb driver tube sounded like

But with reverb off, it does it, also.
Can you ear on the video?

Today it started after 2 hours of rehearsal.

Have you tried another tube in the reverb driver position? You seem reluctant to try that as a possible solution.

I assume the reverb driver is a 12AT7 as is the phase inverter. Swap those 2 tubes and see if the noise goes away. If it does, problem solved. If it doesn't then you have eliminated one possible cause.

Hello,

On Twin Amp, phase invertor V4 it's 12AX7.
Next time problem occurs I'll put a spare (new) 12AT7 on reverb driver V7, thanks for your advice ;)
My guess is it won't work because the noise it's still there even with reverb off. The reverb only "reverberizes" the noise. But you're sure, nothing wrong in try it.

I'm no expert on amp electronics but I don't think turning the reverb control to the minimum setting turns it off. You would have to do that from the footswitch. If the reverb driver tube is not the source of the problem then it could be the pre-amp tube for that channel.

I really do suggest you switch your tubes around before you look any deeper.

Hi! The noise keeps there even with reverb off. It can be seen on this video:

Turning it off using the footswitch it's the same. No reverberized noise, but also noise, however, much lower.

Pull the 12AT7 reverb driver tube. The noise should go away.
This is a continuing symptom of those bad electrolytic caps discussed earlier.
If they are bad, there is no isolation between tube stages the caps feed. The noise and hum bleeds through the plate resistors into the power supply because the cap can't filter it out.
You really need to get that to a tech and quit driving the thing into the dirt.
Can't you tell you have a flat tire? Stop Driving.

You're right, Timsaudio, it's better to stop and get the amp to a tech.

You may not know, but since I bought it last year, the amp got lot's of hours of tech's work. First I thought all noises it had would go away with new tubes. Than we figure it won't. Some caps were changed, new tank, isolation, etc. Spent too much money on it. I thought it was a reliable amp. But now I see there is more money to spend on it. Well, I'm getting used to it
:-)

Today the amp went to a Fender authorised service center.
Hope it goes fine.
I'll let you know the news.
Thanks.

Hello friends!

The guys at Fender authorised service center are driving me nuts.

I gave them the amp and provided them the Youtube link (posted early here) where it's possible for anyone to see, with precision, what the problem symptoms are. I also told the malfunction is intermittent.

Yesterday, they called me to pick-up the amp, because since the problem not occurred while in tests, they couldn’t do nothing.

I became pissed off! I KNOW the problem is intermittent. I gave them evidences of the problem thru the link to the video. It’s reasonable to assume if they do nothing, I’ll have the problem again later. I told them I will pick up the amp only when problem was solved. They must move their asses!

On the positive side, they implemented the TN 02-4 - tech note to low frequency oscillation (“motorboating”) with the tremolo engaged, or at extreme gain settings - which is to be performed on all applicable units that are either in or out of warranty. Well, less bad….

Sorry for your difficulties. Techs have limited time to wait for a symptom to show up
Maybe you could approach them a different way.
If you wanted them to change all your tubes, they would be OK with that. Parts and labor. Simple
If you instruct them to replace all PS filter caps and resolder the main and control boards, they should be able to do that with no problem. Parts and shop rate for a straightforward maintenance.
That way, they can do the work without implying that it fixed your non-existant problem. The time to troubleshoot a problem becomes a bit mor in parts, but less time figuring out the problem all over again.
You can put it on my back if it doesn't fix it. I will apologize profusely should that occur. I also still think that will fix it.
