I would like to know if there are any Fender amplifiers that allow me to plug a microphone and guitar into the same amp but also permit one channel to be dirty.

Amp must have:
1. Clean channel for vocals
2. Overdrive channel for guitar.

Also, if this is possible with a Hot Rod Deluxe III then please let me know.

Welcome to the forum
Yes, that can easily be done on a HRDX.
You can get these small two channel mixers that have mic and line inputs for @$50.
If you mount one of these inside the back of your HRDX you will achieve what you describe you need.
Use right angle plugs on the Preamp Out and Power Amp In jacks to route the guitar signal into the mixer and back into the amp.
Add a Mic with the XLR jack The power stage is clean for vocals.
The guitar channels work as normal, though you probably have to keep its mixer channel turned low. Its a rather hot signal.
I believe the HRDX also has reverb available post Power amp In.
You might be able to get a little reverb for your vocals.
