I still haven't played enough amps to find a favorite. Maybe it was my 100 watt JCM800 Marshall Head I bought in '85 and later sold due to lack of use?!

I do like the Pro Reverb (1992) that I just acquired...

I am to be buried with my Hot Rod DeVille 410. In a fit of stupidity i sold my Music-Man 212 in 1973, so I'm tossed between the two.

A transistor makes a good switching device............not much for tone.

And some day a guitar with three pickups.

2 X Hot Rod DeVille 410s in stereo. YA........

Mine are the Blues jr with the cream board and a blues deluxe reissue. Both have amazing tones for different reason.I had an older Bjr and this one sounds so much better.

Nice amp--but what is that resonator? Who made it? Do you have it "wired up"?

I picked up a '65 Deluxe Reverb RI a while ago and haven't looked back. I absolutely love the sound of it. From clean to slightly gritty it's got me covered and I run a Fulltone OCD in from of it when I need some real gain. It's small enough to carry to gigs (I love the Super Reverb's but their size is a deterrent) and loud enough for anything from jam sessions to mid-sized venue.
