Guys. It's been a while since I've been on here, so I hope you're doing well. I have a quick question regarding my amp. I have a Blues Deluxe Reissue that my wife bought me for Christmas a couple years ago and I love it. The problem I have is this:

Last week I went to band practice and everything was good. I came home, plugged in and again, everything sounded fine.

This morning while the kids were playing quietly, I decided to plug in and play softly, but I realized the reverb and presence don't seem to work. Yes, reverb is on with the footswitch, but that shouldn't have any affect on the presence knob. Something isn't right there. Any ideas? I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

And if you play loud ?

Check and clean Reverb wires to the amp.
Presence ; ?

Presence does work. I did turn it up and play for a bit, but reverb is still not there. It's not uncommon for it to get bumped into things when I move it around, so I'm guessing maybe a spring in the reverb tank became disconnected somehow?

Springs are tough, but look inside the reverb tank how they look , it is very easy to see if something is broken.

It is common for a amp to get bump
