Great looking Les Paul. With that Bigsby, the thing looks HEAVY!

How to you like the vibrato?

BTW... a large percentage of transient noise issues in tube amps is due to poor socket contact. Cleaning and applying contact cleaners solve most of the problems.

It is heavy! I haven't weighed it but the dealer had it listed at 9.92 pounds before I added the Bigsby and Vibramate. I mainly added the Bigsby for looks as I am building this as a tribute to Burst #9-1998. However, I did add a TonePros roller bridge after the pics were taken so if and when I do use it, hopefully will at least try to stay in tune hahaha.

Thanks. It's just a USA Traditional model, nothing special except the top. I added the Bigsby and Vibramate later. I got it from a dealer in Japan. It's easier and sometimes cheaper (in this case) to find nice tops over there. I didn't have to break the back to go Custom & Historic route. This thing cost me around $1850, was mint with all case candy still sealed, and they got it to me in 3 business days. Can't complain.

To test if a amp make noise ;

1- Don't plug anything in the amp.

Unplug you guitar and the guitar cord, power on the amp and report

So I hadn't used the amp much the past few weeks as I was building a pedalboard. Fired it up tonight. Played fine for 15 mins. Then this: https://youtu.be/DAVm-505M-I

In the video I started with the guitar plugged directly into the amp, then I unplugged the guitar, then I unplugged the cable from the amp completely. No difference in sound.

Any thoughts? Tube issue? I really love the sound of this amp...when it works!

Are you certain that the wall socket to which it is connected to is correctly wired? It sounds like a ground issue to me, and not necessarily a fault with the amp.

if it was a ground problem would it be normal to only start 15 minutes into a session?

It's impossible to predict with any certainty when such an issue would manifest.

Check the polarity of your wall sockets.

A meter is adequate but a phase checker (about ten bucks at most hardware stores) is safer and displays unambiguous results instantly......

Yep that is exactly what I used and checked it just now. Everything appears A-ok.

I have sent the amp back to the retailer and they have a replacement on it's way to me. Hoping for better results this go around.
