Hi,
Recently bought a 2010 Band Master, 40W.

I have an old cabinet from a Line 6 amp, no head, just the cab and speakers.
The speakers are 50W Line 6 Tubetones, 8 ohms.

My question- if I hook up the speakers in parallel, thus getting a 4 ohm cab, is this ok for the Band Master?
The head has two speaker outputs, both labeled 8 ohm. If I run into a 4 ohm cab, is this the same as running into two separate 8 ohm cabs?

Thanks!

Yes,
Plug the 4 ohms cab in the "main" output jack, if there is a "main" or anyone if no "main" .
