No , this only mean putting some new tubes need always a bias check/ adjustment with reading plate voltage.


Short answer
Bias is alway the same and simple recipe
Plate votage X cathode current for bias at 70% tubes dissipation

I just say for few ma you can't see or heard any difference on tube working / life and amp tone.
