Hi all. I'm trying to get a warranty repair on my amp. I checked the fender web site and it said " no U.S. Electronic Service Centers found in the specified state/province" I live in Las Vegas Nv. I have tried to email fender but get no reply. I went to guitar center(where the amp was purchased) they are only dealers and couldn't tell me where to take it(crazy) Can someone tell me where to take this amp?

I would suggest returning it to GC and let them deal with it. If it was purchased there they're responsible.

You might find the best recourse in taking the amp to a service center in southern California. There are a number of shops listed.

You could inquire with some audio tech service shops in Vegas. Google should bring up several. If you're not going to be in Los Angeles anytime soon, you could call a few of the LA shops and ask them if they might suggest anyone in Vegas.

Hi all. I'm trying to get a warranty repair on my amp.

No warranty repair if not a Fender center

I guess taking it to GC first and if necessary send it to Cal, Its crazy there are no authorized places to take it here. I'm a bit disappointed if fender for not replying to my emails. I'm going to do the OS thing and get on the phone then go face to face.
Thanks for all your suggestions.

Be sure to bring your original bill of sale with you -- the service center will need it to validate your claim.

Please be sure they are authorized by Fender for warranty work. I did not see that. They just mentioned that they service Fender vintage tube amps. Not the same. I would get something from Fender (yeah, I know) that they will cover or you will be left with the bill and a voided warranty.

Thanks for the heads up! I just reread the home page...sneekey
"We provide factory authorized service for a number of amplifier manufacturers including Ampeg, Ashdown, Blackstar, Crate, G-K, Line 6, Marshall, Mesa-Boogie, Hartke, and Vox. Vintage tube amps such as Ampeg, Fender, Marshall, and Hiwatt are one of TRD’s specialties." Doesn't look good...Guess I'm still looking for alternatives.
