Nice find!! Thanks for the info!

That sounds like a job for ... a warranty service center. Man, I thought I'd have at least a solid year or two outta this amp before I started having problems ... :?

Hell, yes the site from Justin Holton is a real treasure for the DIY enthusiast :)

Mine is only one monthe old, and when I pump the volume a little bit 3 or 4,
I got a rattle coming out from the amp, it's not all the sound but it's really hearable.

I thought about a loosing screw with a washer...

But I don't want to disassemble the whole amp, for a screw.......p)

Or maybe it's a microphonic tube, but I don't know because it's the first time I have one :)

Please Help Me...

I've had a Blues DeVille tweed 2 X 12 since 1993. I put wheels on it, it's really heavy, too!
Granted, the drive channel isn't that great, but then again, it was modelled after the '59 Bassman, which didn't even have a drive channel. I bought the amp for its clean sound, and just used pedals for distortion, and it worked great that way.

I've never had the clean volume higher than 4, and that was only on one larger gig that I played. I can't put the volume higher than 1 while playing in the house!

This is one amp that I will NEVER part with. It's definitely the best amp I've ever owned, and it only cost me $549. Still has the original power tubes. Had to replace the 3 - 12AX7's, but that's all that's ever been done to it.

Could be tube rattle. I you gently tap the tubes one at a time with a pencil eraser you may find it.
