That's the tack I'd take. I loathe the imported "Jensini" speakers. A vintage C12N will turn that Deluxe Reverb into something you'd want to bring home to meet your folks. My '68 silverface DR is currently driving a JBL D120F but I have a brand-new (virgin) Jensen "Vibranto" from 1969 that I may install at some point "just because".

The Bandmaster really needs a 4-ohm load to shine......a pair of 8Ω C12NA's would be the ticket there. My '67 silverface Bandmaster is wired to a pair of '66 Jensen "Concert Series" EM1201's. It's a great sounding rig.
