Thats the one, I'm heartbroken by its loss, it looked just like that the day it was stolen, it was like loosing an old friend. Sadly I lost several Washburns and a fantastic Takamine 12 string as well. How much would it cost to replace an amp like that? I assume its not highly sought after, but I had 20 years of great times with it.

Amps such as the 2x10 Concert combo in reasonable cosmetic and operating condition generally sell for between $600 and $675 on the secondary market.

Thats great news, I will have to get one just for old time sake. What do you recommend as the best amp available ( that plays roughly the same roll) for under $2000. ?

The one that will play reliably for ten or fifteen years before any servicing is required.

(hint: they don't make those anymore)

Good luck in finding a 2x10 version of this amp. They didn't make many of them, most were the 1x12 variety and the 4x10 variant, along with the head (even rarer). Arjay is right about the prices and with a little time and luck you're sure to find one.

Keep us posted if you track one down and let us know when you score it!
