I just want to make sure I am doing this right. I am getting ready to install the speakers in this amp. It only had one speaker in it, now I am going back to the two speakers like stock. I have the stock speaker cable. It appears to me that I will need to run the black wire to the left speaker (facing it from behind) and the white wire to the right speaker. Then add a short black wire to go from left speaker to right speaker and do the same with another white wire. I found an example picture that may or may not help, it may be original but I'm not sure what year this amp is. Thanks.

Two 8 ohm speakers wired in parallel. The white wires connect to the positive terminals of both speakers, and the black wires connect to the negative terminals of both speakers. The picture shows one way of doing it, and as long as it works out as described above, it will be correct. You could even connect the main wires to one speaker, and the jumper wires from that speaker to the other, same thing.
