All,
I am wondering if someone can give me some pointers on how to determine the rough age of Fender Princeton Amps specifically I am watching the local area for an early 70’s Princeton or Princeton Reverb. By watching I mean pawn shops, flea markets and Craig’s list etc in local area.
I already have lists of serial numbers but I am hoping for some other ideas that might help me quickly identify these amps possibly even from pictures.
BTW I am planning on using this as a practice amp with my 62 Reissue strat
Thank you
Mike

Go by Chassis Serial # stamped on the back.

Use this guide as your reference:

Mike, Welcome to the Forum!

Here are some samples of important dating/serial number stamps on a Princeton Reverb. Similar stamps should be seen on your non-verb Princeton.
